Return policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.                  

Damages and issues   

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Return eligibility

  • Your item must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging. 

To start a return

  • Contact us at support@solshine.org
  • If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a "Return Authorization" (RA) will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Additionally, all returns are subject to a restocking fee as stated below (fee will be deducted from your refund): 

  • SOL bioBulb: $12
  • SOL Telescope: $20
  • SOL PhotoVites: $30

Refunds

  • You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
